Board Members
The West Baton Rouge Parish Library Board is appointed by the Parish Council, and members serve without compensation. There are eight members including one ex officio member who serves from the Parish Council. The Library Director serves as Secretary, but does not vote. Terms of service are five years, and members may be reappointed.

Meeting Schedule
Library board meetings are on the third Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November at 4:00 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room. September meeting dates may be adjusted to meet the Parish’s budget schedule.
