Free Access to Meeting Space and Technology
The library meeting room is available to all members of the public who wish to use the space for an event that is free and open to the public. Use of the meeting room is free and includes access to technology for your video teleconference and multimedia presentations.

Meeting Room Request Process
- Download and complete the request form in its entirety.
- Sign the form.
- Submit the form in person, by mail, or email to yourlibrarian@wbrplibrary.us
- A representative from the library will contact you with next steps.
